Poor customer service refers to inadequate service that results in customer dissatisfaction. Issues that businesses with a "poor" image often face include difficulty attracting new customers, loss of revenue, or additional costs if customers request a refund.
Nowadays so many companies out source their customer service to India to save money, instead of paying people here $15hr, outside the U.S. as low as $6.00hr. Keep in mind two things, they only follow the rules which are given to them by the company, and a lot of them cannot speak or read English well.
